Populate a Job from a Template

You can use a template to populate a job.

To populate a job using a template, complete the following steps:

  1. Access the job's Time tab:
    1. Click Menu > Jobs > Job Search.
    2. Use the Job Search page filters to search for a job.
    3. In the Job Search grid Job # column, hover over the job number, then click to display the Financials page.
    4. Click the Time tab.
  2. Click Templates at the bottom of the page.
  3. In the Templates pop-up, choose a template, then click Append or Replace:
    • Append appends the information in the template to the existing job information.
    • Replace replaces the existing information on the Time tab with the information from the template.
    The template information is added to the job.
